SMS Terms & Conditions

AlphaBackflows ("we", "us", "our") operates an SMS appointment-reminder program ("Program") that sends transactional text messages to customers who have requested backflow inspection, repair, or installation services. Messages include appointment confirmations, day-before reminders, day-of arrival notices, and follow-up service updates.

You can opt in by checking the "Receive SMS appointment reminders" box when you request an appointment on our website, by giving verbal consent to a representative when scheduling by phone, or by signing a service agreement that contains the SMS consent language. We will not send Program messages to a mobile number unless you have opted in for that number.

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled service. You can typically expect up to four (4) messages per appointment cycle: a confirmation, a 7-day reminder, a 1-day reminder, and a day-of "on our way" notice, plus occasional service-related follow-ups.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. AlphaBackflows does not charge a fee for receiving the messages, but standard carrier rates may apply.

You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to the number that sent you a message. After you send the word STOP to us, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, text HELP to the number that sent you a message. After you send the word HELP we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. You can also contact us anytime at 704-609-4141 or support@alphabackflows.com.

We are able to deliver messages to the following supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Metro PCS, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For information on how we collect, use, and protect your information — including your mobile phone number — please review our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We may revise these SMS Terms at any time. Continued enrollment in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
